  I went into Specsavers Saltash today as I was worried about my red eye. The lady in the shop was lovely and said she would fill in a form and get the optition Daniel to see me after he had finished an eye test for somebody. I waited 20 mins and was a bit concerned about my car I had parked for 1/2 an hour. When his customer had finished her test the door to his office was open and I waited a few minutes. I thought I’d just see if he was ready for me as I wasn’t sure he knew I was waiting and explained about my car was the reason I was a bit anxious.He then disappeared up the stairs never to be seen again and I was told by one of the reception ladies I would have to book an emergency app. I was very disappointed. He could have taken 2 mins to have a look at my eye and put my mind at rest that it was nothing to concern myself about.My dad who is 97 and gets his glasses from this store will not be visiting again. I would give the reception staff 5 stars but he really lets the team down. It’s a shame.
